All donations are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. Every transaction is recorded in the platform and available for future verification and audit.
Can I set up recurring donations?
Yes. The platform supports one-time contributions, recurring payments, and special corporate programs. All settings can be adjusted at any time.
What reports does the company receive?
Yoo.Foundation provides automated reports, including project statuses, documentation, financial exports, and transaction confirmations. Reporting can be delivered in a unified standardized format.
Is the platform suitable for small businesses?
Yes. Yoo.Foundation is a universal solution designed for both small businesses with limited budgets and large corporations with complex philanthropic programs.
Is API or integration support available?
We are currently developing integration systems for existing CRMs, corporate portals, and banking infrastructures. A publicly available automation API is not yet provided.
What happens if a project does not reach its funding goal?
In such cases, one of three scenarios may apply: postponement, redistribution of funds, or a refund — in accordance with NGO policies and campaign settings. All actions are transparent and recorded in the system.
What payment methods are supported?
Bank cards, corporate accounts, recurring payments, and additional corporate payment methods if required.
Can donations be made anonymously?
Yes. Companies or individual philanthropists may hide their name from public lists while keeping legal information available for reporting only.
